What is the Crossroads Ministry Team?
The Crossroads ministry team has gone throught many changes
over the past several years, but one thing has remained the
same; the people that make up the Crossroads ministry team
are a dedicated bunch. The ministry team was established to
provide leadership for the group, as well as plan events
and activites for the group throughout the year. They'd be
the first to admit that "without God" none of it would be
possible, but that doesn't mean they don't work hard to
make crossroads a fun group to be a part of. Being on the
ministry team is about more than just keeping crossroads
fun. As has already been mentioned the ministry team is the
leadership of the group, and that means spiritually as
well. Ministry team personel will often lead a Crossroads
bible study or offer their time to be an accountability
partner. Having fun is great and there is certainly a place
for that in Crossroads, but in the end its the spiritual
that's really going to matter, so that's where our focus
needs to be.

do! Whatever your gifts, there is a place for you in the
crossroads ministry team. If your excited about Crossroads
and want to help "expand our horizons" then jump on board,
partner! On a little more serious note...Being involved
with ministry team is a commitment, and just like other
commitments it will take time, energy, and sacrifice on
your part. Joining the ministry team is a 1-year
commitment, at the end of the year, members are free to
decide whether they would like to leave or continue on into
